Description
The Skyline Series 2000 Lift & Slide Door features a handle that rotates 180 degrees, lifting the operable sash off the tracks to disengage the weather-stripping and allow for extremely low friction operation. This feature sets the Series 2000 apart from competitors. Employing multi-lock hardware, the handle controls multiple locking points and provides ease of operation combined with high performance and resistance to tampering. While most sliding doors typically use a friction seal, ours has a compression seal which allows the door to have a low sill while maintaining high sill performance. Whether applied in a high-rise, townhouse, or suburban home, the Skyline Series 2000 Lift & Slide door will surely exceed your expectations.
The Skyline Series 520 window is the perfect solution for Pre-fabricated wall systems. It is available with Inswing Casement hardware or Tilt & Turn Dual Action hardware, or fully fixed windows, were required. The Series 520 performs at next to zero leakage rates with very large sizes and heavy laminated glass packages; available with ADA friendly hardware. It tilts in at the top for ventilation and opens in for easy cleaning. If you are seeking a functional and modern design with various frame depth options, receptor systems, custom anchoring solutions to the Pre-fab wall then let's see what the Skyline Series 520 system has for you. When you have oversized vents and require incremental control then consider using our 1220 version. 1220 will feature roto crank hardware and ability for hardware to be located on the jamb or sill when required for ADA compliance.
A cousin of our Series 500 Tilt & Turn, the Series 1200 takes an already great window and optimizes it to near perfection. Utilizing state-of-the-art crank handle hardware, the Series 1200 is capable of operating very large windows with ADA-friendly efficiency. This allows for ultra heavy windows to keep out the noisy street sounds. The 1200 achieves maximal operation due to its high performing hardware system. It also has a modulating operability feature that allows residents to open - and keep open - the window however little or much they want to.
Skyline Windows’ 500 Series of window wall products offer a variety of depth and configurations to meet each project’s aesthetic and performance needs with combinations of fixed lights, in-swing vents and/or dual action (tilt & turn) vents as required by design. Skyline Windows’ 1700 Series Terrace Doors and 2000 Series Lift & Slide doors can be seamlessly incorporated into the window wall system to provide access to balconies, terraces, or roof-top amenity spaces.
